I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the riders who joined us on our 2015 Delaware Valley Trike Riders’ Club rides. Your companionship on the trails this past year was a welcome change to all of the solo rides I’d taken previously.

This past year, 2015, we offered several rides throughout our local region in an attempt to meet as many of our members as we could on their “home trails” – or as close as we could. Things didn’t always work out as planned, but we did get to experience many more trails than we would have without you in mind. We also made some new friends among other biking groups, both the Metro Area Recumbent Society and the Princeton Ski Club were great companions.

For the remainder of this year I’ll likely offer to lead a few ad hoc rides on days when good weather is predicted and if the roads are passible, I’ll be heading out for a Winter Solstice Ride on Tues. December 22, 2015. Odd Sunday Sundae Rides will resume after the 2016 Spring thaw (I’m still riding these interval-sprints but just closer to home).

If you have any ideas or requests for club rides for next year please pass them along now so that we can set a calendar to look forward to.
